After a hiatus of over a decade, in which the many acquisitions made to that point, were expanded, developed and ultimately integrated into one operating business - Accord Marketing, the recent addition of both young and experienced talent, means it’s time to go again!

Our team brings a range of skills and knowledge to all the processes involved in buying and selling companies in our sector, providing a stress-free, transparent and trustworthy approach, enabling seller and buyer to ‘win-win’.

Our business is growing and profitable. We have both private and commercial funding and are seeking more to be able to offer sellers the right return for all the blood, sweat and tears it took to build a business attractive to buyers like us.

The Team

David Sitwell

Founder and Chairman

After a start in retail and three years in real estate in the US, David began working in the travel industry. In 1988, he opened Conrad Advertising.

The business grew organically and by acquisition, eventually becoming Accord Marketing, a digital marketing agency specialising in travel and tourism.

David chairs the recently re-named holding company, Conrad Group. It is the vehicle with which he and the team are building a group of synergistic and exciting companies that are profitable and resilient, providing opportunities and returns for everyone involved.

Jack Sitwell

Director

With over seven years in technology, Jack has focused his learning within VC-backed early-stage businesses, ranging from outdoor advertising to AI.
His experience in operations and fundraising prove valuable when exploring opportunities with younger companies, particularly within the data and measurement sectors.
Always with a sensible commercial perspective, Jack has the ability to implement often unique and successful, scalable processes within portfolio companies.

Louie Sitwell

Director

After earning his degree at Northeastern University in Boston, Louie spent ten years in creative, marketing and media-buying companies. 

He has worked both client and agency-side for large and small businesses, including Accord. A recent graduate of the Chartered Management Institute, Louie is now using his experience and learnings to research, plan and strategise potential acquisitions and investments.

Tim Farazmand

Non Executive Director

Tim has more than thirty-five years experience in mid-market private equity with 3i, RBS private equity and latterly LDC, where he was a managing director.
As well as co-founding ClearlySo, Europe’s leading impact investment bank and sitting on the Board as a non-executive director for ten years, he is the Chair of the Investment Committee for Big Issue Invest and a principal at PCB Partners.
A Cambridge Economics Graduate, and all-round good guy, we are proud to have Tim as a member of our team.

Sally Winfield

Non Executive Director

Sally was a Director of Associated Newspapers for almost twenty years. She then ran her own management consultancy, earning an Advanced Diploma in Professional Coach-Mentoring, and has been CEO of Accord Marketing for the past ten years,
A beacon for women in business, Sally brings with her over forty years of operational and client experience.
