Friendly Turtle was founded on the belief that the choices we make can have an impact on the planet, and we all share a responsibility to look after it. Through making more informed and conscious decisions, we can reduce the damage we have on the world around us. In creating this connection between our daily choices and the impacts they have on the environment, we can live more sustainably and responsibly. Set up by Ricky back in 2018, he had not long got back from 3 years living overseas. It was the year spent living in Australia which made him realise just how much better they were at living sustainably and looking after the environment. After waking up to the amount of rubbish we all produce and throw away every week, he wanted to do something about it. He started living the change he wanted to see around him. Through living this change, the idea was planted and the decision was made to set up Friendly Turtle and begin helping others create the same positive changes for our environment.
